Don’t let the Grinch steal the holiday spirit! Come and help Cindy Lou Who convince the Grinch to light the tree by participating in holiday festivities like cooking decorating and a free hot cocoa bar. The Christmas tree lighting will take place at 7:00pm followed by snow!

December 9, 2023: Breakfast with Santa

Put on your best holiday pajamas and join us for Breakfast with Santa! Start you morning off with fluffy pancakes and other breakfast foods, warm coffee, and juice, pictures with Santa, write and send your letter to the North Pole and a holiday craft! Children under 3 years old come for free.

December 19, 2023: Rockin' Around North Highlands - Ridgepoint Neighborhood

Santa is coming to North Highlands! Santa and his crew will be coming through a few neighborhoods this December to spread holiday cheer and candy canes. View the parade from your house or meet along our parade route. Take a look above to see when Santa expects to arrive.

February 2, 2024: Cupid's Crew Valetine Dance

It’s time to refresh your “Cupid Shuffle” because we have a dance for the whole family to attend! Come dressed to impress and celebrate Valentine’s Day with your loved ones!

North Highlands Narrative

“North Highlands Narrative” is a citizen award program sponsored by the North Highlands Recreation and Park District. Its purpose is to shine light on our everyday citizens and local organizations that make a positive impact within the community through acts of service or events.

Sierra Creek Park Update!

The future site of Sierra Creek Park is located at Watt and Davidson Drive, Antelope. This 7+ acre undeveloped site is currently under design. The District’s Board of Director’s hired O’Dell Engineering to complete the design of the new neighborhood park.
