Park Spotlight 

Get outside and enjoy our parks during this free, two-hour program. Children will participate in arts and crafts, enrichments, and games. Each month will highlight a different park in the North Highlands community.

Introduction to Anime Drawing

Particpants will learn the essence of anime art and recreate their favorite anime characters and design new ones. This class is held in-person, but the instructor is virtual. An NHRPD staff will be present at all times.

Monsters-In-The-Making

It is spooky season in North Highlands and we are recruiting monsters to help spread the spooky cheer! Monsters will learn how to make homemade candy, play themed games, and create their own Trick-Or-Treat candy bag.

Elves in Training

Santa is recruiting Elves for his Holiday workshop! Elves in training will learn how to make and decorate cookies, facilitate elf games, and make a homemade present.

Cupid's Crew 

Cupid is looking for a crew to help spread love in the community! Cupid's Crew will learn how to make and decorate a valentine treat, play themed games, and make homemade Valentines.
