Recreation Leader - General

Recreation Coordinator

(Full-time, $50,100 - $60,192 annually) - Deadline: October 4th by 5:00pm

Under general supervision, the Recreation Coordinator is responsible for overseeing rental procedures of parks and recreation facilities, and will oversee our marketing efforts, including a seasonal recreation guide, social media platforms and branding standards. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to maximize general business and facility usage, coordinating rental logistics, review the work of part-time staff responsible for activities, lead small scale special events and specialty programs, and other duties as assigned.

Parks and Facilities Superintendent

(Full-time, $84,144 - $102,276 annually) - Deadline: October 4th, 2024 by 5:00pm

The Parks and Facilities Superintendent will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance of district parks and facilities. This position involves the supervision of maintenance teams, budget management, planning and execution of capital improvement projects, conducting inspections, preparing written and oral reports, managing purchasing activities, handling pesticides and chemicals responsibly, ensuring safe work practices, and managing irrigation systems.
