Pool Rules, Policies and Expectations

Thank you for helping us keep our pool clean and safe! Below you can find our pool and diving board rules. 

Pool Rules: 

  • Follow all lifeguard instructions at all times.
  • Running, roughhousing, wrestling, pushing and shoulder rides are not allowed.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Diving is only allowed in designated areas.
  • Jump feet first and always face forward.
  • Supervising adults must remain within arm’s reach of children in the water.
  • All children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper.
  • Respect staff, guests, and facility rules.
  • Profanity and inappropriate behavior are prohibited.
  • Shower before entering the pool.
  • Do not enter the pool if you are sick, have an open wound, or are wearing bandages.
  • Spitting, nose blowing, or spouting water is prohibited.
  • Proper swim attire is required.
  • Coast Guard-approved lifejackets are permitted.
  • No inflatables or toys.
  • No glass containers in the facility.
  • Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas away from the water.
  • Smoking, vaping, tobacco products, and alcohol are prohibited.
  • Weak swimmers may be asked to complete a swim test.

Diving Board Rules: 

  • One person on the board at a time
  • One bounce only
  • No hanging on the board
  • Dive straight forward only
  • No flips, back dives, twists, or turns
  • Wait for the lifeguard’s signal before diving
  • Clear the area immediately after diving
  • Exit using the nearest ladder
  • No swimming in the diving well
  • Must pass swim test to use diving board
  • No T-shirts allowed
