Park Regulations
PROHIBITED
- Hours of Use: Park is open to the public from dawn to dusk. No person shall enter or remain in any park facility from dusk to dawn. Camping is prohibited. SCC 9.36.067
- Dogs Must be Leashed: All dogs must be on a leash. All dog waste must be removed by the owner. No dog that has been identified as causing any inhury or damage to any person, other animal or property while upon the premises will be allowed to remain in the park. SCO 9.36.061
- Glass Containers: No person shall possess any cup, tumbler, bottler, jar or any container made of glass within park boundaries. SCO 9.36.075
- Consumption of Alcohol: No person shall possess any can, bottle, or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage within park boundaries without a permit. SCO 9.36.057
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within park boundaries. SCO 9.36.057
- Motorized Vehicles: Within park boundaires, no person shall drive or operate any automobile, motorcycle, motor scooter, trail bike, dune buggy or truck. SCO 9.36.065
- Dumping and Littering: No person shall dump any dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage, refuse or trash within park boundaries, except refuse which is incidental to use of the park. That refuse must be placed in receptacles provided by the park. SCO 9.36.056
- Fires: No person shall ignite, maintain or use any fire within park boundaries except in barbecue cookers located in the park. No toher cooking devices such as portable cooking grills are permitted in the park. SCO 9.36.058
- Sound Amplification Equipment: Amplification equipment is allowed by permit only. SCC 9.36.072
All other applicable county ordinances are in effect in this park. All state and local laws enforced.
