Maintenance Minute
The North Highlands Recreation and Park District is extremely proud of our Park Maintenance Team and the hard work they put in every day to care for our parks and facilities.
This month, we would like to highlight the tremendous effort our team put into preparing Freedom Park for the highly successful Celebrate North Highlands event.
In preparation for the event, our staff installed new landscape bark, pressure washed park amenities and hardscape areas, and carefully detailed the landscaping throughout the park. Many hours of work went into making sure Freedom Park was clean, welcoming, and ready for our community to enjoy.
Keeping our parks clean, safe, and beautiful is something our Park Maintenance Team takes great pride in. Their work often happens behind the scenes, but the results can be seen throughout our parks every day.
Thank you to our Park Maintenance Team for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to the North Highlands community.
