North Highlands Recreation and Park District is turning the big 7-0, and we’re celebrating with the best gift of all—a brand-new playground at Planehaven Park, thanks to ARPA funds.

Join us for a morning of fun, frosting, and festivities as we celebrate seven decades of parks, play, and community. Enjoy cupcakes, a creative paint project, a walk through NHRPD history, and so much more! Let’s make memories together—because 70 years of parks and play is worth celebrating!
