Participants can now register online at via www.nhrpd.org or in the North Highlands District Office, Monday through Friday
from 8 am-5:00 pm. We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, and Mastercard payments.

FACILITY RENTAL POLICY

Community Center and Recreation Center
Reservation and Rental Policy

To help improve customer service, appointments will be required for all Community Center and Recreation Center reservations and rentals. The North Highlands Recreation and Park District (NHRPD) will begin scheduling appointments for rental of these two facilities only. All reservations must be completed by appointment only. Park picnic, gym and other outdoor rentals will not require an appointment.

Your appointment will consist of a facility site visit and review of the rental packet. Staff will be available to answer questions and assist you in completing necessary forms and documents. Completed applications along with rental fees (as listed in the rental packet) will secure your rental date. Facility reservations are accepted a minimum of 30 days in advance of your scheduled date, and a maximum of 12 months in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Appointments are required to secure your rental date – no exceptions!

Please note the following changes to our Facility Rental Policy

Cash will no longer be accepted for rental of the Community and Recreation Centers. Rental fees and deposits must be paid by check, credit card or money order.

Appointments are required for rentals of the Community and Recreation Centers. Appointments can be scheduled on Tuesdays (9 or 10 am), Wednesdays (1 or 2 pm) and Fridays (2 or 3 pm) only. Appointments must be scheduled and held 14 days in advance of your proposed rental date. Appointments can be made by telephone, email or in person. If requested by email, it is not confirmed unless you receive a District email confirmation. A Facility Rental Packet can be picked up at the District Offices (6040 Watt Avenue M-F 8am-5pm) or mailed to you in advance of your appointment. Because appointments are a maximum of one hour, you are required to have read the rental packet in advance of your scheduled appointment.

If you are a non-English speaking customer, you are required to provide a translator at your appointment. The translator must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
