Step up and get ready to serve, ace, spike and more! Our co-ed sixes Recreational Power Volleyball league runs year round.

Spring Adult Flag Football
Join us in the “last of its kind” 8 on 8 adult flag football league. This is a team league and ALL rosters MUST be turned in by March 22. A mandatory managers meeting will be held on Thursday, March 22 at 6:00pm in the Recreation Center.
Program Dates: March 25-June 6 (No Games on 4/8 and 5/13)
Game Days: Sundays

Fall Adult Flag Football Tournament
Join us in for our first annual 8 on 8 fall adult flag football tournament. Every team is guaranteed 3 games. Prizes will be awarded to the tournament champion. Deadline to register and submit rosters is October 4. This is a team event and ALL rosters MUST be turned in by October 4.
Program Dates: October 6 - 7
Game Days: Saturday & Sunday

Summer Adult Co-ed Softball
Play Ball! The thrill of hitting a line drive into left field, drifting back to catch a fly ball, and scoring the winning run is back in North Highlands. ALL rosters MUST be turned in by June 7. A mandatory managers meeting will be held on Thursday, June 7 at 6:00pm in the Recreation Center.

Summer Adult Basketball
Looking to hit the hardwood again and play some ball with your friends and co-workers? Our 5 on 5 league is for you. This league is a perfect opportunity for church groups, local businesses and service clubs to form teams and compete in an organized basketball league. Each team is a guaranteed an eight game season. A mandatory managers meeting will be held on Monday, June 11 at 6:00pm at the Recreation Center.
